Upon receiving a new room, I encountered numerous roaches, which was off-putting and raised cleanliness concerns. It took frustrating back-and-forth with rude staff regarding my refund after this incident, which was never resolved satisfactorily. While I didn't get to enjoy any dining options, the presence of Uonuma-grown rice might have been a redeeming feature.
